Troubleshooting dragon age inquisition for pc full#
So, it seems the only way I can get it to work consistently is to start it up in windowed mode and also delete the log file so the ReShade message pops up.Įdit: So, for whatever reason the windowed mode fix has stopped working for me and it's back to working every 1/10 times.Įdit 2: So I went back to testing version 10.0 again and it seems to start every 1/10 times too but also whenever I try to switch back to full screen after I launched in window mode it instantly crashes, this does not happen with the new version. I tried using version 10.0 but I still have the same crashing problem but the difference is, with this version the "windowed mode fix" doesn't work, it always crashes, even when I delete the log file. Fraps seems to be the reason for the crashing instantly when I still had the log file but the game would just crash later rather than instantly when I start it up without deleting the log file. So I checked and it turns out I had fraps running, I guess I never realized this counted as an overlay.
